These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Naught Logic Pvt Ltd ("Reppx"). If you're using Reppx on behalf of a minor, you confirm you're their parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms for them.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One account per learner. Sharing accounts across children is not permitted.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. See our Acceptable Use Policy for specifics. In short: don't attempt to reverse-engineer the AI, don't attack the infrastructure, don't upload illegal or harmful content, don't impersonate others.
4. Subscription and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- Prices are shown in your local currency where possible; taxes may apply.
- You can cancel anytime — see our Refund Policy for pro-rata details.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
5. AI-generated content
reppX's AI teacher generates explanations, examples, and analogies. While we work hard to keep answers accurate, AI can make mistakes — always verify important facts with textbooks, teachers, or authoritative sources. We are not liable for decisions made based solely on AI outputs.
6. Intellectual property
- reppX's software, brand, and content are owned by us or our licensors.
- Content you upload (notes, textbooks, homework) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to deliver the Service.
- AI-generated outputs for your session are yours to use for personal learning.
7. Third-party services
Reppx uses third-party APIs (Deepgram, Sarvam AI, Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, etc.). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their portions of the service. We are not responsible for third-party service outages.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific academic outcomes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naught Logic Pvt Ltd's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You can delete your account anytime from settings. We may suspend accounts for violations, non-payment, or legal reasons. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana. Nothing here removes your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws.
