This Privacy Policy explains how Naught Logic Pvt Ltd ("Reppx", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Reppx — Live AI Teacher(the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

Plain-English summary: We collect what's needed to teach your child better — name, class, lesson history, voice recordings during sessions. We don't sell data. We don't train third-party AI models on your child's conversations. You can delete everything, anytime.

1. What we collect

Information you provide

Account details: name, phone number, email, class/standard, board.
Learning inputs: uploaded textbooks, notes, images of homework, voice questions.
Session content: transcripts, drawings, answers, lesson history.
Payment details: processed via our payment partners (we never store card numbers).

Information collected automatically

Device info (browser, OS, screen size), IP address, approximate location.
Usage analytics: pages visited, features used, session durations, error logs.
Cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How we use it

To deliver, personalize, and improve your lessons.
To transcribe your voice via secure speech-to-text partners (Deepgram) and synthesize AI teacher voices (Sarvam AI).
To generate lesson content and summaries via LLM partners (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT).
To communicate service updates, security notices, and — with your consent — product news.
To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

3. Children's data

Reppx is designed for K-12 learners. For users under 13 (or under 18 in some jurisdictions), a parent or guardian must create the account and provide consent. We follow the principle of data minimization — we collect only what's essential for teaching. We never show behavioral advertising to children.

4. Who we share with

Trusted sub-processors: Deepgram (speech), Sarvam AI (voice synthesis), Anthropic, Google, OpenAI (language models), MongoDB Atlas (database), AWS/GCP (hosting). Each is contractually bound to protect your data.
Payment processors — only what's needed to process a transaction.
Law enforcement — only when required by law and after legal review.
We do not sell your data. Ever.

5. Data retention

Session transcripts and lesson history are kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently erase your data within 30 days (except records we're legally required to retain, like tax invoices).

6. Your rights

Under India's DPDPA 2023, EU GDPR, and other applicable laws, you have the right to:

Access a copy of your data
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your data (right to erasure)
Export your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent at any time
Object to certain processing
Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority

7. Security

We encrypt data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is role-based and audited. See our Security Practices page for full details.

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed in India, the EU, or the US depending on the sub-processor. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent safeguards for cross-border transfers.

9. Changes to this policy

We'll notify you by email or in-app before any material change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
