1. Try before you pay
You do not need to enter card details to try reppX. Every signed-in learner unlocks a full 15-minute live class every day — same teacher, same whiteboard, same voice, same syllabus alignment as paid users. Use this window to decide whether the experience is right for your child.
2. Paid plans are non-refundable
- All subscription payments (monthly, quarterly, annual) are final at the moment of charge.
- Renewals are non-refundable — turn off auto-renew from your account settings before the next billing cycle if you wish to stop.
- One-time purchases (add-on credits, exam packs, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered.
- Partial-month, unused-days, or unused-minutes refunds are not offered.
3. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any moment from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. Your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period — after which the account reverts to the free daily 15-minute plan.
4. Exceptional cases
If you were charged due to a verifiable billing error on our side (duplicate charge, wrong amount, charge after cancellation was confirmed by us in writing), email support@reppx.ai within 7 days of the charge with your transaction ID. Verified billing errors are corrected within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
5. Chargebacks
Because you can evaluate the full product for free every day, chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may be contested and can result in permanent account termination. Please write to us before disputing with your bank — we resolve genuine issues faster than a chargeback ever will.
